Deborah Hersman, the new CEO of the National Safety Council, is one of the nation’s best analysts of the risks that technology poses to safe driving, not just for teens, but everyone. Prior to joining NSC, Ms. Hersman was head of the National Transportation Safety Board, which investigates most transportation crashes and disasters.
