I highly recommend this story from WFSB-TV, spotlighting what I have been arguing for years:  that laws about using electronic devices while driving are confusing.  My point is that the laws (for everyone, not just teen drivers) should focus on driver conduct — using any electronic device while driving to text, type, read, watch a video, take a photo, or make a phone call — not the type of device that the driver is using.
